He is the author of 250 publications including monographs, scientific articles (including some approved by the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles, by WOS and Scopus), patents, textbooks, etc. He pays a lot of attention to the issue of staff preparation and proficiency enhancement for power companies. He was a leader of the team developing the Program of power-saving and energy effectiveness increase in the Amur region. He has been awarded with Certificates of Gratitude by "Far Eastern Distribution Network Company» JSC, "Federal grid company" PJSC, "Rus Hydro" JSC, and the government of Blagoveshchensk. He has been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Amur region, a Certificate of Appreciation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, and a breastplate “An honored worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation”.
