On December 28, 2011 awarded the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
On May 17, 2017 awarded the academic title of Associate Professor.
From November 16, 2017 to the present, she works as the head of the Chair of Social work.
The research results are reflected in 120 published educational publications and scientific papers, of which 12 educational publications and 108 scientific papers used in the educational process, including: 19 articles published in journals from the list of HAC; 2 articles published in journals included in the international Scopus citation base, scientific monograph on the topic: "Professional training in the university of specialists in social work on the basis of an integrative approach.

In 2016, the application for the AmSU grant competition on the topic "Quality of training in master's programs of the Amur state University "was supported»
In 2017, she was a co-executor of the AmSU grant on the topic "Development of theoretical foundations of professional retraining/advanced training in the creation of educational content for social service specialists»
Since 2017 till present, she is a co-executor of Young Scientists Support Competition grant on the topic "Labor migration in the border regions of Russia: courses, scales and social chronotopes." The results of research on this topic are reflected in 7 scientific articles.
