Novermber 27, 2020 The Amur State University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics signed the Agreement of Global Strategic Partnership. AmSU President PLUTENKO Andrey and NUAA Vice President JIANG Bin signed up their intentions for universities’ collaboration in education, research, and academic exchanges. Dew to pandemic restriction the signing ceremony was in the on-line mode. After the official signing, the partners discussed the major trends of their action plan for 2021.
In 2021, AmSU and NUAA will collaborate on Joint Laboratory which is planning to focus on radiation effects and defects in solids, and find the common ground for the on-line academic exchange of students and professors. In May 2021, two universities are intended to arrange an on-line joint research seminar.
Among the participants of that discussion from the NUAA part were the representatives of College of Astronautics and International Office: CHEN Jinbao, Executive Vice Dean of College of Astronautics, WANG Yin, Vice Dean of College of Astronautics, LV Jinpeng, Associate Professor of College of Astronautics, ZHANG Zhuo, Director of International Cooperation Office, SHEN Min, Deputy Director of International Cooperation Office, TAN Lei, Deputy Director of International Cooperation Office of College of Astronautics, TIAN Lifeng, Section Chief of International Project Office, and ZHOU Fangting, International Partnership Officer. AmSU part was represented by KOZYR Archadiy, Dean of the Department of Engineering and Physics, FOMIN Dmitriy, Director of Research and Education Center, NESHCHIMENKO Vitaliy, Head of the Laboratory of Space Materials and the International Affairs Office of AmSU - ROYBA Natalia, TITOVA Anna, and YANENKO Sergey.
