AmSU summed up the results of the international Olympiad in Russian as a foreign language

Chair of Russian Language, Communication and Journalism summed up the results of the International Olympiad in Russian as a foreign language. The Olympiad was held on May 25 in a distant format on the AmSU online platform.

For an hour and a half, foreign students competed in grammar and vocabulary knowledge of the Russian language, demonstrated the ability to generalize, draw conclusions from observations of specific language facts.

The main participants of the Olympiad were foreign students and schoolchildren studying Russian in educational institutions of different cities of China: Heihe, Harbin, Beijing, Liaoning, Shandong, etc. Chinese students of the preparatory department of AmSU also took part in the Olympiad. The total number of participants of the Olympiad was 87 people.

Prizes places were distributed among the students of Heihe University:

1st place-Kang Botai (95 points out of 100 possible);

2nd place-Fan Xu (92 points);

3rd place-Tang Yumeng (91 points).

Each participant of the Olympiad received a registered electronic certificate, and the winner and prize-winners received valuable prizes. The teachers of the international faculty of Heihe University, who trained the participants and prize-winners of the Olympiad, were awarded with letters of thanks from the organizing committee.
