In Blagoveshchensk, work continues on the creation of an International University Campus on the grounds of Amur State University.

The International University Campus will become the largest educational center for students and faculty. Its territory will feature academic and administrative buildings, as well as laboratories and paleontological facilities. Additionally, modern dormitories and sports infrastructure will be constructed here.
