Cosmonauts Alexey Ovchinin, Ivan Wagner, and Alexander Gorbunov congratulated the university staff on its anniversary fr om aboard the International Space Station.

"Over 50 years of its development, Amur State University has become a place wh ere researchers and specialists of the future are trained, where ideas and scientific discoveries are born. We particularly value the university's contribution to the training of young specialists for our country's rocket and space industry," shared Ivan Wagner, Hero of Russia.

The university's flag was unfurled in space. Earlier, Amur State University had handed it over to Roscosmos.

"To reach great heights, one needs not only knowledge but also the courage to look towards the future. Your efforts and aspirations are the key to the successful development of the university. May your dreams soar as high as rockets!"
