Organized jointly by the Science Association of Heilongjiang Province and the Heihe Branch of Agricultural Sciences Academy of Heilongjiang Province, the conference brought together scientists and educators from various regions.

During the event, representatives from Amur State University participated in a roundtable discussion titled "Scientific Education of Youth." They actively engaged in discussions about ways to popularize science among young people. Both Russian and Chinese participants explored prospects for further collaboration during this session.

Additionally, as part of the conference, the seventh international youth competition in artificial intelligence was held. After expert evaluation, the project submitted by Amur State University secured first place with the highest score.
