Economics Student Attends Conference of Outstanding International School Graduates

Zhou Yu, a graduate student from China at the Economics Faculty, attended the conference of outstanding graduates of international schools. He was invited based on his performance in the additional development program for foreign university students titled 'Horizons', implemented jointly by the International Youth Center of Patris Lumumba People's Friendship University (PFUR) and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

The conference took place in Moscow from November 24 to 26, 2025, at PFUR and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Within the framework of the conference, Zhou Yu attended plenary and discussion sessions, lectures, and workshops focusing on the professional growth of foreign graduates, their employment prospects and career-building opportunities in Russia, as well as the development of leadership, communication, and project management skills.

According to Zhou Yu, attending the conference allowed him to explore cultures from different countries, gain deeper insights into the challenges faced by foreign graduates seeking employment in Russia, and acquire knowledge about career development in an international environment.
