The videoconference involved students and instructors from the North Seattle College, Washington, USA, who initiated the event, and members of the second team of the AmSU Scientific and Educational Center that works on developing a payload for «CubeSat» nanosatellites.

The AmSU students were invited to participate in the largest Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition «Spaceport America Cup» to be held in summer 2019 in the United States. The American students have already developed and tested a rocket flight model, which they named «Pele». The AmSU students will develop a payload for «Pele» and demonstrate it at the competition in the United States.

During the conference, participants discussed technical details of this collaborative project, and the AmSU students presented their proposal for developing the rocket payload.
