Amur State University continues to introduce innovative formats for physical education classes. This spring, one of the most popular initiatives has been training sessions at the Gagarin Ice rink.
Students from various faculties are eager to take to the ice, combining physical activity with a boost of positive emotions. The classes are held in a friendly and supportive atmosphere: some confidently showcase their skating skills, while others are just taking their first steps on the ice — all of which makes for an engaging and enjoyable learning experience.
The university’s physical education instructors note that ice training helps develop coordination, endurance, and contributes to students’ overall hardening. Moreover, such activities foster team spirit and create a comfortable, inclusive educational environment.
According to the students, this format leaves a lasting positive impression, as ice training perfectly complements traditional gym-based physical education. It’s a mix of music, movement, fresh emotions, and great mood — a truly uplifting experience for everyone involved.
