40 students of the Amur State University took an educational tour of the Amur Gas Chemical Complex facilities. Future specialists were shown the main power facility of the AGCC – a substation that will supply enterprise with electricity.
The tour started with a visit to one of the observation decks of the Amur Gas Chemical Complex, which opens up a view of the complex under construction.
Hence power engineering students were able to estimate the scope and scale of the project being implemented in the Far East by the Russian company SIBUR and the Chinese company Sinopec.
Then the students of several courses of the AmSU visited the operating power substation of the Amur Gas Chemical Complex. All process units and plant facilities of the enterprise will be supplied with electricity from this substation.
The tour participants also had an opportunity to meet representatives of the Amur Gas Chemical Complex personnel management and talk to representatives of the Company's Youth Movement, ask questions to the specialists who are involved in the commissioning of facilities and will ensure stable and reliable operation of the enterprise. A small quiz devoted to the power sector was organized for the students at the AGCC. The most active and competent guests were awarded with memorable gifts with the company's symbols.
