Research Interests:

Language, culture and literature of the Far Eastern abroad, traditional Chinese culture in the works of Russian emigrants of the Eastern branch, interaction of languages on a cross-border territory, languages in contacts, contact languages, lexical borrowings from Russian to Chinese, regional toponymy; methods of teaching Russian language as a foreign language.

Achievements in Research and Professional Areas:

1973 – PhD in Philology;

2002- Senior lecturer;

1990 - The Excellence in Public Education Award;

The total amount of scientific publications is 150 ones: monographies and study guides, such as "The Memory of a teacher" (2008), "Linguistic portrait of the Amur region" (2011), "The Theory and methodology of linguistics" (2009), "History of the Russian language" (2001, 2011), "Historical grammar of the Russian language"(2002), "Introduction to linguistics" (2007), "Philology in the system of modern humanitarian knowledge" (2012), etc.
