The Organizing Committee of the International Olympiad invites teachers of the Evenki and Even languages, schoolchildren and their parents, heads and specialists of departments of education, culture, national policy, heads of clubs, dance and vocal studios and everyone who wants to take part in the Tenth Anniversary International Olympiad on Languages and Cultures of Evenks, Evens of Russia and Oroqens of China "ТУРЭН-2023" – scheduled for September 25-27, 2023.

Place of the event: Russian Federation, Amur region, Blagoveshchensk, Amur State University.

The purpose of the Tenth Anniversary International Olympiad on Languages and Cultures of the Evenks, Evens of Russia and Oroqens of China ТУРЭН-2023 is to present the intellectual and cultural intangible wealth and heritage of our country – the culture of the Evenks and Evens of Russia, the functional development of the Evenk and Even languages as a means of international communication between the Tungusic peoples in the zone of the Russian-Chinese border of the Far East.

Among the tasks solved by the project, the preservation of the unique culture and language of the Evenk ethnic group through song and dance art, through language competitions of experts of Evenk and Even culture and gifted Evenk, Even and Oroqen youth comes to the fore; activation of cognitive and scientific activities of schoolchildren in the field of the history of the Evenk, Even and Oroqen language, folklore, literature, ethnographies of the Evenks, Evens of the Russian Federation and Oroqens of the People's Republic of China. The most important task of the Olympiad is the preservation, development and revival of the endangered languages and cultures of the small peoples of Russia and China.

Competitive categories of participants: preschoolers (from 3 to 6 years old), schoolchildren (from 7 to 18 years old), college students, university students, teachers of the Evenk and Even languages, adults with a basic level of ethnic language, adults with an average level of ethnic language, experts.

Travel expenses in the event are at the expense of the sending party.

The "International Olympiad ТУРЭН" annually proves the status of a sought-after, relevant, iconic cultural and educational event in Northeast Asia.

It is held in the trend of the "International Decade of Indigenous Languages of the World 2022-2032" (UNESCO).
