PhD Department

PhD Department is one of the key forms of training teaching staff and research specialists. We invite applications from graduates with Specialist or Master’s degree certificates. PhD programs can be taken both on full- and part-time basis. Those who successfully pass the final state examination will be awarded a PhD certificate on a particular program.
