Study in Russia
Study in Russia (https://education-in-russia.com/?ref=xranks ) is the official information portal of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, created for foreign citizens who want to study in Russia.
Essentially, this is the main navigator for international applicants, gathering all the necessary information in one place.
Key Portal Features
It helps you navigate the entire process—from choosing a university to enrollment—in a single window:
Search for universities and programs: The portal's database contains hundreds of educational programs from leading Russian universities. You can quickly select a university, program, and level of education.
Admission Information: This portal contains current admissions rules, application deadlines, requirements for international certificates, and information on entrance examinations.
Scholarship and Quota Information: The portal provides information about government scholarships and free tuition opportunities, including the Russian Government quota. However, the quota application itself is submitted through the dedicated "Education in Russia" portal.
Life in Russia: In addition to studying, the website provides information on accommodation, cost of living, student benefits, cultural adaptation, and career prospects.
Step-by-step instructions: The admissions process is broken down into clear steps to help navigate procedures such as document legalization or obtaining a student visa.
Connecting with universities: Through your personal account on the portal, you can send a request directly to the university's international departments and receive advice on document requirements.
It's important to note that all portal services are provided free of charge. Information on the website is available in three languages: Russian, English, and Chinese.
